Last Visit: They Still Don't Have A Clue - Martin Strickland lamented the fact that he had to repaper the house and put down new flooring, and repair the graveyard where all the Strickland founders for Prosperity Falls are buried. Joslyn went on a dog adopting spree and the Stricklands were blessed with new puppies. Martin was abducted, but no pregnancy ensued.

Hey it's me - Decotah. Like, I left for University a few weeks ago, but I am here to do this virtual diary entry for dad. He has so much goin' on at the house, like well, I said, "Ok, I'll do it." After all, all I have is classes. Ya know, what is up with that. Well, anyway. Dad is over havin' to repaper the house. He says at his age why is a guy doin' that? It was all mass confusion anyways, I think that is really what dad's problem was. I think it is a good thing 'cuz the same stuff was still on the walls that grandpa Chevy had put on there.

The first thing I have to tell ya is mom became the education minister of Prosperity Falls.

Yeah, my cousin Bubbs Strickland helped mom out with that, not like she needs help with anything, but it don't hurt to be on the receiving end of the Good Ol' Boys system...I guess it was shortly after that I had a birthday.

See, this picture has cousin Bubbs (AKA Mr. Knowledge) in it...then mom, then my older brother Sacha, then dad. I couldn't make up my mind what to wish for, so I just blew out the candles...to heck with it. I figured what happens, happens.

After I grew up a little I realized it wasn't kewl to have a chubby belly, so I got to work on the treadmill and got rid of that. I didn't want to go to University and have the chicks look the other way when I came walkin' down the sidewalk!

Speakin' of the chicks....before both me and Sacha left for University, we saw a little action. Sacha was actively dating Briah Bostic. I guess they met through a set up with the Prosperity Falls matchmaker. Me, at the time I didn't have nobody, and I was feeling lonely. So I called up an old friend from my 'play date' days....

Yeah, me and Ketrina McClelland dated at little. One night I took her to the Rapid Rollers Skating rink, and boy I lost my wallet to a pickpocket. This was after my date with Ketrina was over already. Here is what happened.

After gettin' all crazy with me and stuff the guy just tipped his hat, and said "Thank You" and was gone...when I went to call the taxi to go home I realized he had lifted my wallet. I ended up hoofin' it home...no money. Ketrina was already gone.

But the night wasn't a total loss. Ketrina liked dating my handsome self so much she brought me a present. I took that bad boy rack system to University with me, right? heh Me and Ketrina aren't seeing each other at school. I am fallin' head over heels in love with Pinki Baer. But you will see us in University pretty soon.

Ah well. Anyway, speakin' of University. Mom decided that me and Sacha need some better edu-ma-cation before we went to University, so she called the headmaster of Prosperity Falls Private school to come over and visit. Sort of an entrance interview to see if me and Sacha would make their school look good, whatever. *rolls eyes*

This guy was sorta strict when he came over to the house. But I guess he liked us and all, me and Sacha got in his school with no problem. Right after this, mom's dog Buffy died.

That was a real sad thing and all. Mom was at work when it happened, and dad buried Buffy really quick in the family plot in the back yard before mom came home so she wouldn't have to see Buffy like that. The other dogs got real upset.

They howled and howled for the longest time.

Anyway.... *sniff* Dad met a really kewl chick.

Dad is like, "What kind of samples to you have for me to look at??" Turns out it was somethin' really kewl...

That woman gave dad a brand new plasma TV. Well, now it is like dad put it right up on the wall and gave me Grandpa Chevy's old TV. I got it along with the rack system at University. I be stylin' now!

It is the craziest thing. After Buffy died, mom and dad insisted on the rest of the dogs getting jobs. I had never heard of that before.

Mom was real happy the dogs were makin' money. She is like now they can pay for their own food! She said it was like feeding an army with those dogs.

I guess workin' wasn't so hard on LuLu, she still found time to have her and Skippy's pups, Tiny and Teeny. Dad sent 'em right to Animal Control to be adopted before mom could fall in love with them.

It was right about that time that me and Sacha left for University.

Sacha left before I did. Buy-bye Sacha!

Then my sleek well toned self took the plunge and called the taxi to take me to Uni. Here I am now~! But I have to tell you things that happened after I left. It was crazy.

Mom had that 'thing' happen to her that happened to dad last week in the back yard.

Dad laughed at mom about it, but she didn't think it was funny at all. No siree. (Editor - there have been four abductions on the Strickland telescope, and NONE of them resulted in a baby. There was one teen, one elder, one full house that is no room for a baby, and now a female).

OH well, I guess that is it. I have class to go to. See you next time!

The Big Skeleton In The Bostic Closet

Lot: Bostic Homestead - Dovie, Andre, Yasika, Zeon, Trudy, Braelen, Briah, Shalanta, and dogs MaryLou and Leroy

Last Visit: They Still Don't Have A Clue - Zaed and the King of Anatoth continued to discuss the problem with Alien X and the failure of the flux capacitor, and Zeon Bostic's lack of any memories concerning the Mission. In the meanwhile, Zeon Bostic and Trudy Strickland became man and wife, and took a vacation to Twikki Island, where Trudy became pregnant, and incidentally ate some cheesecake. The twins were born back in Prosperity Falls, Braelen and Briah. But alas, the house the Bostics were living in was not Seasons compatible, and the twins were constantly threatened with seizure by the social worker because of being cold. They were boolpropped to child age. This round, we see the Bostics in a new house. The Bostics are also the first family in the Falls to reach over one million simoleons cash on hand. I'd say they have been quite prosperous.

Hello Prosperity Falls! Well, I have something new and very exciting to offer you this week. It appears the oldest family in Prosperity Falls, the Bostics, have become our first millionaires. Yes indeedy! They have built a fine new mansion on the edge of town, away from everyone and everything. I was fortunate enough to get a tour of the house, shown to me by the butler for the Bostics, Christian Hourvitz.

This house has a music room with gilded walls and a fine marble floor, parquet flooring in the entry way and family room. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room, fine paneling through out, and three lovely bathrooms decorated in a way that only the rich would do. The dining area is restful, done in cool greens with lots of plants. My goodness, a person could eat with their enemy in that room and be at ease! The doorways from room to room remind me of colonial times. So that is it, my friends! If you see a member of the Bostic family on the street, stick those elbows out and get some rubbin' done! Until next time!

Jati: The Bostics are doing well. Our relative Zeon has plenty of room to house many children.

Quavi: Ah yes, but will he? How deep is his memory loss?

Jati: Ah, that remains to be seen at this point. Some have gotten their memories back. Myself, Xuan, and Zaine. Others have not...at all. It seems to be hit and miss. My cousin Raleigh seems to remember.

Zaed: My son, my son...as long as Zeon produces DNA, all will be well. We are becoming numerous now....your problem, Jati, will be running the Mission in the Bostic house without the help of someone who knows about it. My sister Yasika knows nothing, her memory loss started as soon as she aged, before the failure of the flux capacitor. It seems Yasika's children have the mental capacities of normal human beings. There are no gifts there.

Jati: Yes, father it is so. But they have the physical DNA. That is important.

Quavi: I can see it happening, as our kind expand on earth, some of us will have different levels of DNA and gifts.

Xuan: I can't stand this. Why don't you guys just come out and say it already. This Mission is not going in the direction anyone thought it would. Number one, the Bostics are the richest people. Not us. Number two, the Stricklands have multiplied more than anyone in this town. Not us. Number three, the Capeharts, well, they are just plain kewl snowleopards. We are not cool at all. We try to take over people's lives and spy on them and *alien cuss word*. AND....our own Mission equipment doesn't even operate correctly. Look what a mess the flux capacitor made out of everyone's lives.

Why don't we just drop this whole Mission thing and let people live their lives in peace and harmony....have fun, live, and love???

*Alien ears swivel in Xuan's direction. A moment of silence.*

*Xuan mentally chews his nails*

Ruby: You really think, Xuan, the whole mission should be dropped??? GAWD you are too funny!!!! *Ruby grasps her sides in laughter* HAHAHAHA!

Jati: Nay, my cousin. The Mission will go as planned. I will continue to make reports to the King, you will procreate with Ruby and Infinity. Marriages will continue to be arranged. That is all.

*Xuan drops his head in despair. Why can't they see?*


Zeon Bostic here. Ummmm what is this thing? Ah yes. *cough* I plan to keep this virtual journal since we have hit this threshold, and have moved into this grand house. I love living off of old money. Heh. Anyway, here is what has happened with the Bostics lately.

My Aunt Dovie took the cure for vampirism from the old gypsy woman. She was turned a while back by Count Orlando Moniff. But it was all for naught.........

A few days later Death knocking at our back door......

And took Aunt Dovie while she was in the middle of a skilling session with Braelen. Mom thought it funny Aunt Dovie was passing away, and laughed. Mom and Dovie never got along. They fought. But I digress. I am jumping ahead of myself.

One of the first things we did after moving into the house was get the kids a coupole of dogs. this is MaryLou...

And here is Leroy. I hope they have puppies someday.

We use the music room for learning. I have all sorts of gadgets...err...hm. Well, they are uhh...mission objects??? What is that? I dunno. Anyway, I started teaching the kids on 'em.

Trudy helped as well. Our kids will be well learned. She keeps this plant light in the kitchen.

Mom took up flower arranging.......

And eventually became very proficient at it. We have all kinds of flowers around the house now.

Dad took up tinkering around on an old bench, said he was gonna build a robot.

So far the coolest thing he has built is this sentry bot. It gets the sims that wanna steal our newspaper and knock over the trashcan....... and believe me it seems like we get hit all the time.

Right around this time it was Braelen and Briah's birthday.

Right after the twin's birthday, Trudy and I discovered we were gonna be parents again! We are so excited...with the twins nearly grown, it will be great to have a baby in the house again.

Bein' that Braelen decided he wanted to continue making money for the Bostics...and to care for our fortune in the future, he took it up on himself to call the headmaster of Prosperity Falls Private School to do a home visit for entry to the school. Braelen is already showing signs of becoming a responsible young man.

Despite the fact that Braelen decided to wear his bathrobe and slippers during the headmaster's visit, Mr. Jitmakusol found Braelen and Briah to be a good risk for the school.

The kids were admitted immediately! Braelen was relieved. He knew he would need the credentials from that school for college. Briah cared less.

And that was when Aunt Dovie passed away. Even in her death, she left money to Chantell, the child she *ahem* 'gave up' for adoption all those years ago. That is what we call it. We don't talk about all that. That is a big skeleton in the Bostic closet. Aunt Dovie was quite wild in her younger days. What about Chantell? We don't know where she is. She is grown up by now. Maybe she is looking for us.

Our family grave yard is growing....We buried Aunt Dovie beside Grandma Ramey, Great Aunt Pachionetta and Great Grandpa Marquez. Speaking of the family grave yard. Grandma Ramey and Aunt Pachionetta came out to visit us, and to see the new house.

Great Aunt Pachionetta scared dad over and over again. I wonder if those two got along years ago? Or it could be that maybe Dad and Mom are sleeping in her old bed. heh. Could be. Who knows?

Briah called the same gypsy woman that Aunt Dovie did to get a blind date. I tell you, having old money helps. Briah gave the old woman quite a bit of cash just to date Sacha Strickland, who lives just down the road. They got along very well! Very well indeed. Briah had a good time with him.

I reached the top of my career. I must say, I look good in the uniform. The women swoon over me!

Dad reached the top of his career, *again*. He had made a bad decision about wearing a costume to work...come on dad....and he got a temporary demotion. But he bounced right back, and brought in a nice amount of money for the Bostic bank account. It seems like to me it cost the company more money to demote and promote him, than if they would have just left him alone.

And the big thing that Trudy did was give birth to my second daughter, Shalanta. Ah she has the skintone of a Robbins!!!! The twins left for college...and...I guess that is it! I will see you next time!

Minor Times Two

Title: Minor 1

This week I have two lots with minor characters in the neighborhood. So this is a facts only entry. I might say, this also wraps up round 16. Next week we will start with round 17, the Bostic Homestead.

Lot: Capehart - Claire with dogs Marcus and Cheese

Last Visit: Claire was last seen graduating from University where life for her was pretty unremarkable. She is a minor character in Prosperity Falls as an 'accidental' adoption from the Tomas Capehart house.

Claire is a Fortune Sim with an LTW to earn $100,000.

Claire wanted to spend her time doing what new move ins usually do when they first come to their new house, and that is bird watching. That was about to come to and end for her. Being that she wanted to earn $100,000 for her LTW, she decided to get to work on that right away. It didn't matter what job she got.

I decided I didn't want her to follow the normal path...get married...have kids and all that. So she adopted Cheese from the litter at the Carla and Tyler Jeffries house.

Cheese was dropped off by the humane officer and life was good for everybody. Claire loved Cheese, and Cheese loved Claire. All this took place before the Welcome Wagon Showed up.

Here are two members of the Welcome Wagon. Hehehe Werewolf Kelsey Capehart and Kyanne (Strickland) Capehart. Kelsey turned into a werewolf much to Claire's surprise....

Kyanne found the whole thing to be very frightening. Zaine Robbins didn't notice...just continued his ballet exercises on the barre.

Speaking of the barre, Claire's hobby is music and dance. So that gave me something to work toward for her.

She took the first job on the computer in education.

Claire was finding it difficult to keep her needs up to work on her hobby and educate children, so she made a trip to Just Flowers and More to pick up some snapdragons. Whilst there, she ran into the bug lady, Carmen Patch. Carmen bragged to her how she had gotten Jon-Luc Capehart to fall in love with her.

Who is this? Why it's Florence DeLarosa! She runs a flower shop out of her home. What a spy!!!!

Then it was on to My Muse for a dance contest. Here Claire competes for the huge prize of $500 against fellow citizens of the Falls (and twins) Sandy and Sammy McClelland, along with the owner of My Muse. I don't know her name. Notice they are all doing the Smustle, while Claire is not.

That really brightened her day! But as soon as she got home, she spun up the want again. Bah.

It wasn't long after she reached The Zone.

Cheese grew up right around this time and turned out to be a very rambunctious little chubby dog. A troublemaker. While Claire was at work......

Cheese chewed the trashcan........

Rolled in filthy puddles...........

And ate out of the trash can, making a mess.

Finally Cheese realized there was a water toy in the back yard to play with and went to clean up after playing in the trash.

This is the day Claire reached TOC in education. She got out of the car and smelled the trash on the sidewalk that Cheese left.

Claire made Cheese get a job to keep her busy and out of trouble...and......

Cheese got a playmate.

Who turned out to be a troublemaker as well. hahaha That hole is bigger than the dog!~

Claire reached the top of the Entertainment Career next. And that is where I left her.......

Lot: The Orphanage - Adopted kids of Chevy and Kirstee Strickland - Diane and Woody along with Woody's wife Robin, then their child Royal...with Diane's children, daughter Zakel and daughter Revyn.

Last Visit: Diane and Woody were last seen graduating from University where, like Claire, life was pretty unremarkable. Diane used the wishing well numerous times to make friends to help fufill her want to have 20 lovers, and Woody has a dream to have 50 dream dates. He dated a few women to dream date status, but is saving most of them for Robin.

This is Robin the Gardener. She was seen dating Woody in University, and left him numerous date gifts. I put the statue she left Woody in his backpack.

Heh. In fact, he had one, and Diane had one too. I love glitches like this.

At any rate, Woody and Robin are a natural three bolt couple. Woody met Robin through the Matchmaker.

So friends, that means in this house we have two romance sims and one pleasure sim. Which means, lots of woohoo'ing. Which, when combined with silent Risky WooHoo, well, that means that the pitter patter of little feet are soon to be heard.

I started out fullfilling Woody and Robin's want to woohoo, naturally.

Heh. She did not get pregnant here. But I did send her to the computer to find a job, and on the first day Celebrity Chef came up. She is almost skill-less. I plan to use the String Me method to work her up through the ranks.

Then I started Diane on her 20 loves quest. She woo-hoo'd 5 times in Uni already. Remington Toyonaga, (Jeannie Strickland's husband), Goopy Gilsboro, Christopher Shankel, Weldon Perry, and Kennedy Cox.

Robin gets her first promotion, and also brings home a coworker who she immediately began to schmooze so she can get her first String Me promotion. It is Julien Cook from Freetime. That meant I had to move him out of the Sim Bin and into the neighborhood. Heh. I will not be playing his house though.

Awww...Woody and Robin were constantly at it. Hehehehe

Another game glitch. Diane was chatting with Sandy Bruty on the computer when she invited her over. Ehm. After all, Sandy is of the female preference in my game. And Diane needs another lover.

What is this???? Diane and Sandy are talking about Diane's pregnancy. Who do you think the daddy is??

One of Diane's lovers leaves her a piano. I don't know who, I didn't see it.

Woody had been dragging his tongue around in the dirt because he just would not shake his want to marry Robin. And so it was. Now he was a happy camper.

No. 9 lover Sandy was visiting when Diane went into labor. She immediately left.

Woody reaches the top of his career. YAY! We need somebody makin' some real money around here. Robin is in the low levels of Culinary, and well Diane is getting some pay every day as an unatural crossbreeder while being on maternity leave but is not getting the promotion bonuses.

Sandy leaves a stereo for Diane for the good time.

No. 12 - Goopy Gillsboro - no picture. :( Well, the woo-hoo in Uni was a public woo-hoo. This one was a private one so it counted toward the 20 loves LTW.

Robin and Woody have their son Royal. Between all the dream dates Woody requires and the woo-hoos Robin requires as a Romance Sim, they woo-hoo as much as Diane does.

Last Visit: Joan and Shawn-Michael were last seen graduating from University. Joan and Shawn-Michael lived in the small 5 room dorm for quick play, so that meant I sailed through their time in Uni mostly on fast to middle speed. The one thing they did was pass a wishing well as a gift to Lincoln Strickland before they graduated.

King: Aye, another Anatothian marries, so more will be born. Eh. The problem of Alien X still remains, and Wilbur has not finished the repair on the flux capacitor. It will never run as it did, and another cannot be constructed. Who is this Alien X? Why would Alien X want to take away our ability to reproduce? Who is our enemy?

Alien X: Bah. You are attempting to become numerous, infidel! Who are you to think the Anatothians can possibly take over this blue planet? You are but a small handful of pitiful creatures from a rock millinneums away from this place. Your beloved planet will continue to shrink until it is gone; then all will be left is what is here. The Strickland family has produced many more than you! How inferior you are! How you try but never seem to succeed! HAHAHAH! You even have one that you continually batter upon the head forcing him into procreation, even having babies himself to produce more of your DNA. How sorry you are.

Alien X: The Stricklands simply let the children come. Look how numerous they are! You hold meetings, give out 'gifts', spy on your neighbors and even send messengers and enforcers down to make sure everyone does their duty. What has it gotten you?

King: Ahhhh..what are you saying? The whole Mission is a farce? That the Anatothians should just act ...uhh...like a human being and there would be no trouble..? We could reproduce if we didn't try so hard?

Joan: I knew you could do it!

Joan: Congratulations! It is time to celebrate.

Hello Generation Six!

Title: Hello Generation Six!

Lot: McClellandCapehart - Marty, Violet, and Darrien

Last Visit: Marty and Violet was last seen entering and graduating from University. There they fell madly in love, moving from the dorm to the greek house, where they shared their first kiss. Now they have left the academic life behind, and have become the parents of the first child born in generation 6 in Prosperity Falls.

OH mah. Here Ah am a'standin' near 'bout on the beach in Prosperity Falls. Ah surely did love this lil' ol' plot of land with a magnificent view of the light house on Prosperity Bay. See mah man there? Marty? Why, Ah think he is more magnificent than any panoramic view of th' ocean. Whar are mah manners? Mah momma Valentine taught me better than this! Mah name is Violet Capehart-McClelland, th' first born of the fifth generation of Prosperity Falls. Some tell me thet that is sumthin' ter be proud of, but others whisper it is a curse. Some say thet Ah will never know 'bout the curse 'cuz Ah will be dead anyway. Th' way Ah see it, Ah win either way. Anyways, lemme tell yuh how it has come about since me an' Marty graduated from University.

THE CEREMONY

Mah goodness, Ah was so happy about weddin' Marty thet Ah broke out in song raght there under th' weddin' arch. Marty tol' me Ah had a voice like a songbird.

Marty nearly stuffed thet weddin' cake in my mouth. But it was all in fun anyway. An' Ah will add thet the cake wuz delicious! It had a velvety smooth cake with buttery icing..mmmmmMM!

Marty took a few minutes and became reacquainted with his little brother Jason. Ah thought it was so cute th' way th' two of them sat together on the kitchen floor and discussed manly things! Jason hadn't seen his older brother in a long tahm...why...Marty was away at University for 4 years, then when he graduates he doesn't go home a'tall...he came here with me to start a lahf. Little Jason surely does look up to his older brother.

Mah grandmomma Vampiress Lillith Strickland Capehart made repeated dashes for the ladies restroom...she says she believes she is 'with child'. Ah suppose with an immortal lahf one kin make as many children as they want. Grandmomma will be young forever. Goodness. The thought boggles mah mahd. Ah will have an aunt or uncle much younger then me.

Well honey, the weddin' party was a huge success. Despite all th' werewolf activity. Ah didn't realize how many werewolves we have in th' family. Ah really wuz sorry to see the party end, but then on th' other hand Ah was might glad to start mah lahf with Marty.

It wasn't very far into mah married lahf with Marty when Ah realized Ah was with mah own child. Yes, Marty and Ah were gonna have our own sweet little baby.

When Marty found out Ah had a little bun in th' oven, he commenced makin' me all these vegetable health food drinks in th' blender. Well honey, Ah had mixed emotions about thet. On on hand Ah appreciated mah Marty fer bein' concerned about th' health an' welfare of me an' th' babe. On th' other hand...oh mah.. *Violet presses a delicate hand to her breast, lowers voice* Well, let's just say these health food drinks weren't th' best tastin' things in the worl'. But Ah did it. Ah drank ever' single one down. Fer Marty...an' fer our child.

Darrien McClelland

Me an' Marty became the parents of a beautiful baby boy. Ah wuz so happy. Thet wuz th' main thing that happened fer me an' Marty after we got married. Other things went on too.

Marty had gotten a job with a law firm, after all, he wants to be The Law, jest lahk Ah do.

Thet was a hard thing, gittin' fared an all thet raght when a new little one had been born into our lil' fahmily. But it wuzn't a day er two and he was able ter git his old job raght back. Marty's boss decided he had made a rash decision in lettin' Marty go before.

Me, Ah decided not ter git a job raght away...Ah wanted to stay home with mah darling baby boy. But Ah did fahnd a way to make a few simoleons to help mah Marty out some with the household finances.

Ah became an author of a best sellin' children's book! Ah wuz never so happy in all mah lahf!

Ah also gained admittance ter an exclusive book club. Ah have yet ter visit the meetin' place whar the club members go, buy you can bet yer sweet patooty Ah will soon.

Finally it was tahm fer me an' Marty's handsome baby boy to grow up some. ah jest couldn't believe thet he was two already!

Ah did spend many hours readin' mah best selling novel to Darrien. The darling would sit patiently and listen to every word with such an intensity! Mah goodness! Ah really do think he will be a reader when he grows up!

Well, Marty an' Ah have been tergether fer a while. An' we have another babe on the way. Ah couldn't ask fer anything more, then to be a momma again. Until next tahm, ya'llses!
